EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The User may return the ordered product (s) 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:
a) The product (s) have not been used;
b) The product (s) keep their original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The product (s) are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.
The customer must request the return of the order by e-mail email@example.com indicating the item (s) he wants to return, as well as the order number.
The cost of the return is borne by the customer. Please note that if your return was made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, iUKIYO will not refund the shipping costs. Therefore, iUKIYO will not reimburse the expenses related to the shipping costs initially borne by the customer for the respective order.
Once the returned product is received, iUKIYO will analyze and confirm its condition and, when applicable, refund the maximum amount paid for the item (s) within 15 (fifteen) days without any expenses for the user.
In cases of exchange, your refund can be made through a voucher for the value of the item or items returned. Please note, possible subsequent returns for items purchased with a voucher will always be made using a voucher. Vouchers are non-refundable.
If you want to return one or more items, you can request a refund for the same payment method.
If the returned items are damaged or showing signs of use, iUKIYO reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse to refund them.
In case of defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, iUKIYO is responsible for collecting the item (s) from an address chosen by the user. Please note, collections are only accepted from the original country of dispatch of the respective order, excluding islands.
