1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, including registration, of iUKIYO products, through the website www.iukiyo.pt

1.2 The website www.iukiyo.pt is managed by Iconic Meridian, Lda, nif 515251186, Rua Dr. Augusto Ferreira da Cunha 249, Guimarães, 4800-039 Portugal.

1.3 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions,

a) - "iUKIYO" - Products sold on the website www.iukiyo.pt;

b) - "User" - Any individual, non-trader, who places an order through the website www.iukiyo.pt;

1.4 The use of the website www.iukiyo.pt and the purchase of iUKIYO products presupposes the knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.



2.1 In order to place an order, the User may previously register by filling in the fields on the form on the website www.iukiyo.pt. It is also possible to place your order without prior registration

2.2 From the moment you access your personal account, the User is subject to these Terms and Conditions.



3.1 The website www.iukiyo.pt is aimed at all users who wish to purchase iUKIYO products, from their home or workplace, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3.2 Information on the characteristics of the products can be consulted at www.iukiyo.pt.

3.3 iUKIYO reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, product offer, prices, promotions and commercial conditions, presented on the website www.iukiyo.pt.



4.1 To order at www.iukiyo.pt, the User must have an e-mail account and his browser must be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow him to enjoy all the navigability conditions of the online store. iUKIYO.

4.1.1 The User may proceed with the online purchase of products, for which it is necessary that:

a) Find the product (s) you want to purchase;

b) Add the selected product (s) to the "Shopping Cart";

c) Register the User's personal data, which will be integrated in the iUKIYO database under the terms provided for in the Privacy Policy, which include "Delivery Address", Billing Address, "Payment Method", number telephone number and tax identification number (TIN););

d) Review your order and confirm the order;

4.2 The User will receive an order confirmation email with details regarding the payment method he has selected.

4.3 Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with the respective detailed invoice.

4.4 By sending the order form, the User accepts the Purchase Terms and Conditions described at www.iukiyo.pt, as well as with the Privacy Policy.

4.5 iUKIYO reserves the right not to accept and cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:

a) The product is not available;

b) Payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website www.iukiyo.pt;

c) the payment is not confirmed;

d) The billing information is not correct or verifiable;

e) There is an error in the price quote;

f) It is not possible to deliver to the address provided by the User.



5.1 The prices of products displayed on the website www.iukiyo.pt include Value Added (VAT). The total VAT payable by the User will be indicated on the invoice to be sent to the user.

5.2 Prices are all quoted in euros (). Please note that changing the country of delivery may have an influence on prices due to different shipping costs. The customs costs related to the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer..

5.3 The prices of products presented on the website are subject to change. IUKIYO reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.

5.4 If there is an error in the price of the requested products, iUKIYO or the User may, until the order is dispatched, cancel the order.

5.5 The total price specified in the checkout includes taxes from the country of origin (Portugal) and shipping costs.

5.6 The User must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.



6.1 The User will be able to pay for his purchases through the payment management entity Paypal and through the Multibanco Reference (ATM).

6.2 iUKIYO does not accept any payment method other than those mentioned in the previous point. The User must not attempt to pay by any means other than those specified in the payment methods specified. If you do, we cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may result.



7.1 Shipping to Portugal is free.

7.2 Outside Europe, all orders will have an associated shipping cost and may require payment of customs costs, according to the country of delivery.



8.1 iUKIYO proceeds to send the product (s) ordered by the User, from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 7 pm, with the exception of holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, for the delivery address indicated by the User.

8.2 Our delivery service does not include an scheduling option, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier, and it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.

8.3 Delivery times in Portugal vary from 5 to 10 working days according to the item ordered. IUKIYO's ability to respond within these deadlines varies depending on stock availability, as well as during promotions, sales and Christmas periods..

8.4 iUKIYO will inform the User of the unavailability of the product (s) ordered, as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the unavailability.

8.5 If the carrier is not available to deliver the products on the date indicated, the User will be contacted in order to indicate another delivery date.

8.6 Upon delivery, the User must inspect the packaging in order to ascertain any damage. If the user finds that the products are damaged, the User must not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, if possible documented with photographs, via e-mai info@iukiyo.pt and if he agrees, iUKIYO will resend the order, without any costs to the User. If the User wishes to cancel the order, the full amount paid will be refunded.

8.7 If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to info@iukiyo.pt informing us of what happened. After this period, iUKIYO will not be responsible for the loss of the order.

8.8 Delivery is considered to have been made with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.




9.1 The User may terminate his contract up to 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the order, provided that:

a) The product (s) have not been used;

b) The product (s) maintain their original characteristics;

c) The product (s) are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.


9.2 The User can exercise his right of free resolution by sending the Free Resolution model or any other unambiguous declaration of termination of the contract, to the email info@iukiyo.pt. You can download the Free Resolution template here.

9.3 The costs of returning the order in the exercise of the right of free withdrawal are borne by the customer.

9.4 Once the returned product has been received, iUKIYO will analyze and confirm the order's conservation status and, when applicable, refund within 15 (fifteen) days the amounts paid by the User included in the order, using the same means used for payment. of the order.

9.5 If the returned items show signs of use, iUKIYO reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse to refund them.

9.6 The User should note that, if their return was made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, iUKIYO will not refund the shipping costs. Therefore, iUKIYO will not reimburse the expenses related to the shipping costs initially borne by the customer for the respective order.

9.7 Please note that these conditions are only valid for orders placed in Portugal. If your order has been placed outside Portugal, please contact us via email info@iukiyo.pt.



10.1 The User can cancel his order, as long as he requests it through the email info@iukiyo.pt before sending it.

10.2 If the order was received before shipping, we will refund the amounts paid by the User included in the order, using the same method used for payment of the order, within a maximum period of 15 (qunize) days.

10.3 If the request was received after sending, the rules set out in the previous chapter, regarding the right of free withdrawal, will apply.

10.4 iUKIYO does not offer direct exchanges. The User will be able to choose a voucher to exchange his order for another item available on the website, being responsible for all costs related to the new shipment. Please note that orders placed with a voucher and later returned, will only be able to receive a new voucher as a refund.

10.5 In the event that the ordered product is found to be defective or other non-conformity, the User may choose to:

a) replace the product;

b) terminate the contract.

10.6 As soon as the User finds a defect or other non-conformity of the product, he must communicate to us by e-mail info@iukiyo.pt, sending supporting photographs.

10.7 As soon as we receive your email, we will contact you to resolve the problem by consensus.

10.8 In any of the options exercised by the User, under the terms of 10.6, the respective costs will always be borne by iUKIYO.



IUKIYO does not sell second-hand products, defective or of inferior quality to the standards of those existing on the market. The main characteristics of each product shown on www.iukiyo.pt can be found on each product page.

IUKIYO will make every effort to ensure that the colors of the products appearing on the website www.iukiyo.pt are as accurate and real as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is showing the exact colors.



In view of the objective of continuous improvement of the services provided, iUKIYO will seek to address and resolve complaints submitted by the User within 5 (five) working days, via email info@iukiyo.pt.



IUKIYO products benefit from the conformity guarantee provided for in the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.



IUKIYO does not guarantee the uninterrupted functioning of the website www.iukiyo.pt, or any of its functionalities, which may be suspended for maintenance, repair or updates.

IUKIYO will also not assume any responsibility for any damages, arising, directly or indirectly, from force majeure situations that prevent iUKIYO, in any way, from fulfilling its obligations, namely, strikes, network failures electricity, telecommunications services or any other services, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays from suppliers or carriers and changes in legislation or administrative regulations.

IUKIYO is not responsible for any abuse of the User's access data to the website by third parties, as they are personal and non-transferable.



IUKIYO reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, considering the changes made and the users notified by publishing the modified Terms and Conditions on the website www.iukiyo.pt.
